When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, email address and — for delivery orders — your delivery address and any instructions you give the driver. We keep a record of what you ordered and what you paid.
Payments
Card payments are processed by eWAY. Your card details are entered on eWAY’s secure payment page and are never stored on our website.
Delivery distance
To work out whether we can deliver to you and what the delivery fee is, your address is sent to the Google Maps Distance Matrix service. Google’s handling of that data is covered by their own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and customer service. You can ask us to delete your account and personal details at any time by emailing us.
Your choices
You can order as a guest without creating an account. If you do create an account, you can edit or delete your saved addresses at any time from the My Account page.
